(Ulm, 11.08.2025) c-entron Software GmbH has been awarded the „Employer of the Future“ seal by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (diind). The prestigious award recognizes companies that impress with innovative concepts, sustainable action and digital future orientation.
Among other things, the digital transformation, modern working models, open approach to new technologies and commitment to sustainability and an employee-oriented corporate culture were assessed.
In the selection process, c-entron impressed in particular with its flexible working structures, high degree of digitalization and active involvement of employees in further development processes. The targeted promotion of individual development opportunities and a modern working environment also played a positive role in the assessment.
The „Employer of the Future“ seal shows what c-entron stands for as an employer: for an environment in which employees feel comfortable, can grow and actively contribute to the company’s success. The award confirms the path we have taken and strengthens c-entron’s positioning as a modern and future-oriented employer.
